General information about the online store

The products in the online store are sold by Veloide Lifestyle Oy. We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT.

The customer is bound by the terms and conditions in force at the time of placing the order, which the customer should familiarise themselves with before placing the order. Veloide reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.

Ordering

You will receive an order confirmation via email to the email address you provided after your order has been successfully placed. The confirmation will indicate the products you have ordered and their prices. Veloide reserves the right to cancel the order or deliver it incompletely if there are balance or technical errors.

Payment methods

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service provider and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.


Delivery time

We aim to deliver orders within 2-7 business days. However, during major campaigns, such as sales, and in other exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer. We always aim to clearly communicate any extended delivery times.

The delivery time only begins when the customer has received delivery confirmation by email.

Delivery method and shipping costs

In Finland

  • Delivery to selected Posti location - Postal package €4.50

  • DB Schenker to selected pickup point - Pickup point package €4.50

Unclaimed shipment

Posti or DB Schenker will store the package at their offices or in ATMs for seven days from its arrival. An arrival notification will be sent by email and/or text message. If the package has not been picked up during this time, it will be returned to the sender. An unpicked shipment is not a return under the Consumer Protection Act. In these cases, we will automatically charge €10 in postage and handling costs in connection with the refund.

Exchange and return conditions

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return and satisfaction guarantee apply to intact products.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.

Problems with transportation and defective products

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@veloide.com or by mail:

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.
