Delivery terms

General Information

The products in the online store are sold by Veloide Lifestyle Oy. We sell products to private individuals of legal age. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

At the time of ordering, the customer agrees to the delivery terms in force at that moment and must review them before placing an order. Veloide reserves the right to change these delivery terms.

Ordering

These terms apply to orders placed in Veloide’s online store (www.veloide.com
). A binding agreement between you and Veloide regarding product delivery comes into effect once you have received an order confirmation.

You will receive the confirmation by email to the address you provided when placing the order. The confirmation includes the ordered products and their prices.

Veloide reserves the right to delivery delays, product shortages, and technical or typographical errors. We also reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before or after order processing, and to cancel or partially fulfill orders if discrepancies occur in stock availability or technical information.

Payment Methods

Online banking, MobilePay, and credit cards | Paytrail Oy, Klarna

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as a payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

Delivery and Shipping

Veloide delivers orders via Posti, DB Schenker, PostNord, and Budbee/Instabox depending on the customer’s location. We aim to deliver orders within 2–7 business days. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 banking days after receiving the order confirmation.

Budbee Box delivery
Budbee Box delivery takes 1–3 business days to your selected Budbee Box parcel locker.

Budbee Home delivery
Budbee delivers to your home on weekday evenings between 16:00–22:30. Delivery time is 1–3 business days. Manage your delivery in real time and, if you wish, your package can be left at your doorstep.

During major campaigns, holidays, or other exceptional situations, delivery times may be longer. Veloide strives to communicate any delays clearly.

Please note that the delivery time begins once you have received a shipping confirmation by email.

Unclaimed Shipments

Our delivery partners hold parcels at service points or lockers for seven (7) days from arrival. A notification is sent via email and/or SMS. If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to the sender.

Unclaimed shipments are not considered returns under consumer protection law. In such cases, we automatically charge a handling and shipping fee of €10 for domestic orders and €15 for international orders.

Exchange and Return Policy

You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date you—or a person designated by you—received the order, in accordance with consumer protection legislation. Due to hygiene reasons, the right of return applies only to unopened and unused products.

If you wish to return a product, contact Veloide customer service at info@veloide.com
 before making the return. Returns that have not been agreed upon in advance with customer service are subject to a €10 handling fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Veloide (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Transport Issues and Defective Products

If a product is lost during transport, damaged, or the customer receives the wrong item, the customer must report the issue immediately to info@veloide.com.

Notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. If the packaging is damaged during transport, a complaint must be filed with the postal service immediately.
