General Terms of the Online Store
Products in this online store are sold by Veloide Lifestyle Oy. We sell products to individuals of legal age residing in Finland. All product prices include VAT.
Customers are bound by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of placing an order, and they must review these terms before confirming a purchase. Veloide reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.

Ordering
Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to the address you provided. The confirmation will include details of the products ordered and their prices.
Veloide reserves the right to cancel an order or deliver it only partially in the event of stock shortages or technical errors.
Payment Methods
Online banking, MobilePay, and credit cards | Paytrail Oy
The payment intermediation service and payment provider is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a valid payment institution license.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within 2–7 business days. During major campaigns (such as sales) or in exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer. We will always strive to communicate extended delivery times clearly.
The delivery time begins once you have received a shipping confirmation by email.
Delivery Methods and Costs (Finland)

Unclaimed Shipments
Posti and DB Schenker will store packages at their service points or parcel lockers for seven (7) days after arrival. A notification will be sent by email and/or SMS.
If the package is not collected within this time, it will be returned to the sender. Please note that an unclaimed shipment is not considered a lawful return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we will automatically deduct a €10 handling and postage fee from the refund.
Exchange and Return Policy
Customers have the right to a 14-day exchange and return period in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return and satisfaction guarantee apply only to products that are intact and unused.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be transferred directly to your account after we have received and processed the returned item.
Issues During Transport or With Defective Products
If a product is lost during shipping, arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately at info@veloide.com or by post:

Notification of an incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been visibly damaged during shipping, a claim must also be filed directly with the postal service immediately.
